Becky is looking for a person who will take on a key role in the hiring process — from the first candidate interaction to the final offer.
About the role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle across various clients and roles. You will work closely with our partners and internal teams, while actively contributing to sourcing strategies and candidate engagement.
Key responsibilities
Proactively source and identify candidates (sourcing & hunting)
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
Organize and conduct candidate interviews
Assess candidates and provide recommendations to partners
Define and refine candidate profiles in collaboration with clients
Maintain and develop the candidate database (ATS)
Ensure regular communication and coordination with partners
Collaborate with the sales team to successfully close roles
Manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
Qualifications and experience
3–5 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or a similar role
Experience managing full-cycle hiring processes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Well-developed negotiation and closing abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities
Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership
