Payroll Specialist
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and administer employee compensation
- Calculate employees' compensation (salary, pension, bonus, etc.)
- Update internal payroll databases and ensure timely payments
- Verify employees' work hours and payment through the payroll system
- Issue deductions, earnings, and other statements to employees, and update payroll records regularly
Job Requirements:
- University degree in Economics, Organizational Sciences, or a related field
- 1+ years of relevant experience in international payroll
- Fluent English language skills for effective communication with colleagues
- Hands-on experience with HRIS and accounting software
- Knowledge of wage withholding orders
- Accurate data entry skills with great attention to detail
- Effective time management skills to meet deadlines
- Professional demeanor in all interactions
- Initiative to learn and grow within the role
