Finance Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Cash overviews
- Monitoring Overdue bills
- Reviewing Open Bills list
- Assist in preparing pay cycle (twice a month)
- Vendor Master Data approvals
- Monitoring that all monthly statutory payments are paid on time (VAT/CIT/Wage taxes/social contributions)
- Reviewing on daily basis bank statements for inflow/outflow
- Providing information on statuses of payments when needed
- Analyze penalties received by Vendors
Job Requirements:
- Higher Education
- Professional proficiency in English is required
- Minimum 6 months of relevant work experience
- Communicative, reliable and precise person
- Proactive and motivated person
