Selection process
After you meet the necessary requirements, Becky’s focus is not solely on your CV. It’s your personality, attitude, and passion we’re interested in. If we feel you have potential, we’ll invite you to take part in the selection procedure. This will entail single or multiple interviews. Additional assessment may also be part of the selection. We will take you through the different steps when we invite you for the first interview.

Matching you with the Western European company
We’ll match you with one of our EU clients. Matching will be done based on their specific requirements and our assessment of your personality and competences. Your role might lean more towards bookkeeping, accountancy preparations, or financial advice, depending on the client’s needs and your proficiencies.

Onboarding
Once you’re hired and assigned to your EU company, you will become a full member of the team you’ll be part of. This also means the company will provide the onboarding. If additional (software) training is necessary, the company will offer it to you.
