We urge you to do so, even if you’re not entirely sure if you meet the pre-conditions, qualifications, or capabilities you read about on this website.

You don’t need to be a hidden figure. The most modest people can be perfectly qualified. And if you are more the assertive type – Becky likes you already!

English

Yes, do send Becky your résumé. That said, it’s near impossible to imagine you in any role without excellent skills in English. You should at least have proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing at B2 or a compatible level. 

Economics BA or MA

You have a definite advantage if you have a University degree in Economics. And if you completed your studies at the faculty of Accounting and Business, that puts you in an even more favorable position. Almost all people whom Becky currently employs studied at the University of Belgrade. 

Different diploma?

Becky knows knowledge is not sacred. And it can be acquired too. Do you have a different diploma than an Economics BA or MA? Did you build a portfolio outside of Becky’s field of expertise? Give yourself a chance – and us too.

Little or no experience?

It’s alright if you have some experience, but it’s not a problem if you don’t. In fact, Becky has a preference if you can start with a clean slate. Together, we’ll build from there. If you feel you’re someone, we should meet, go ahead and convince us. Let’s start by uploading your CV and motivation!
